Ross has a private workshop, from which all free-standing items are all made. Built-in furniture {kitchens/wardrobes etc} are started here, and then completed in your home.

I work Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, and happy to take calls between these hours.
I often have loud machinery going - so please excuse me if I don't hear you calling. I also have a policy not to take (non-urgent) calls while working onsite in customers homes.

Regarding meetings: it is often easier to meet in the evenings. It is advisable to set aside up to 2 hours for a meeting, in order that we can comfortably talk through design ideas in your own home.
